Included in the price are flowers, Egyptian Tea of the Pharoahs, fine teas, freshly grounded coffee, purified water and refreshments. Conditions of stay - Check-in starts from or after 2pm to 9pm and check-out is by 10am unless authorised with property. Please advise your ETA. Terms and conditions are displayed in the room. Confirmed bookings - no changes and no refunds are given for whatever reason for first night booked and 50% for each night after first night this will only apply up to 8 days prior to arrival and from 7 days prior to arrival no refunds or changes will be allowed for any reasons whatsoever. Massages or other treatments once confirmed fees will not be refunded but we can change time & day to suit our clients and guests. We cater only for registered adult guests. We do not cater or have facilities for pets or children under 16 in the suites, visitors of guests are not covered by our insurance and are therefore not allowed in the suites or in grounds at any time. Any breakages and damage needs to be paid for by guests. No photographs are allowed of our property inside the suites and outside our property without prior written consent. Please. Smoking is prohibited & illegal in the rooms. No cigarette buts in indoor or outdoor rubbish bins or anywhere. Please smoke away from our property and grounds, smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside rooms or at car park or in your car, take your cigarette butts with you. Minimise alcohol, No heavy drinking & no illicit substances at property at all times. A fine of $295 for cleaning furnishings is in place & contract is ended. We need valid Government authorised ID Driver's licence or passport & credit card details at check in. Please leave place as you found it. Do not move any furniture or items, any breakages or damages must be paid for.We service rooms daily. Accommodation and therapies gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase..Please note that we expect guests and clients to respect our entire property inside and out at all times.
