Booking policy and - For 2+ night stays booked 50% of total ammount must be paid within less than 14 days of arrival, amount must be paid in full to secure your room at the time of booking.your room and the remainder to be paid 14 days before your arrival.
Cancellation policy - Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the check in date and will attract a $50 admin charge. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to check in and upon check-in and for the remainder of your stay, you will forfeit the first day cancelled plus $50 administration fees. All suites are serviced daily. We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellations and loss of deposits. If any cancellations before 14 days prior to arrival then 50% of total money paid will be refunded via internet into account or refunded back to the card electronically within 3 business days & no administration charge applies.
